Removal of Obsolete Antena Mounts and Omni Antennas

As part of routine tower maintenance and network optimization efforts, the project involved the removal of outdated antenna mounts and omni-directional antennas from the existing tower infrastructure. The obsolete equipment was no longer in service and posed both structural and operational inefficiencies.

The scope of work included:

Pre-removal inspection and documentation of the existing mounts and antennas
Safe dismantling of redundant antenna mounts and omni antennas using industry-standard rigging procedures
Compliance with all tower safety protocols and environmental guidelines
Site cleanup and disposal of decommissioned materials as per regulations
Final inspection and reporting to ensure readiness for future upgrades or equipment installation

This work was completed successfully in April 2024 with no downtime to active services and ensured improved safety and structural integrity of the tower for ongoing and future operations.
